SNES Classic Edition Hardware and Games
The SNES Classic will hit stores Sept 28th for 79.99. The console comes with two wired Super Nintendo Controllers and also supports the Wii Classic Controller and Controller Pro.
Looking at the SNES Classic console, the front controller ports are only replica's of the original design. Since the SNES will use the same controller ports as the NES Classic, they are located behind a front panel.
The SNES controllers will be the same size as the original but early testers state the D-Pad felt a little mushy. The system is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand and weighs less than 1 pound. The power and reset buttons also function like they did originally.

This time around could be alot worse since the console is being released with some of the best SNES games ever made.
